Q. How can I get started with my members?
A. Each box has its own custom signup link (e.g. yourbox.wodbox.app/signup). Share the link with your members and they can join directly.
Q. When am I billed?
A. On the 1st of each month, based on your member count that day. This covers the upcoming month. If you sign up mid-month (e.g., July 15th), there's no charge until August 1st — you get July 15-31 free.
Q. Do I need a Stripe account to get paid?
A. Yes — you'll create a Stripe Express account through WODBOX during setup. Even if you already have a Stripe account, this will be a separate account linked to your box.
Q. Are there any hidden fees?
A. Nope. You only pay a flat monthly fee. We don't take a cut from your member payments.
Q. Can I cancel anytime?
A. Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalties. Your final bill will be prorated based on the days you used that month. Email support@wodbox.app to cancel.
Q. What if I need help getting started?
A. We provide email onboarding support. Email support@wodbox.app and we'll help you get set up.
Q. Can I import my existing member data?
A. Not yet, but we're working on it. For now, members can sign up directly using your custom link.
Q. Does WODBOX work for non-CrossFit gyms?
A. Yes. While built for CrossFit boxes, any class-based gym or studio can use WODBOX.
